Twenty-Six More Colleges and Universities Partnered with Apogee, a Boldyn Networks Company, to Help Fulfill Their Strategic Commitment to Innovation and Exceptional Campus Technology Experiences

Small and large, public and private, rural and urban — higher education institutions continue to select Apogee for their technology needs on campus

Apogee is highlighting 26 private and public institutions that have partnered with or expanded their services to not only remove operational barriers but rapidly innovate, enhance the student experience, and improve academic outcomes.  

Allan Hancock College (Santa Maria, Calif.) – With over 10,000 students enrolled, this public community college selected Apogee for their cloud migration and professional services, including disaster recovery and backup planning for their database needs. 

Berea College (Berea, Ky.) – Apogee delivers ResNet to the 1,600 students living, learning, and working on this historic campus. Berea is one of 10 federally recognized Work Colleges, allowing students to get their college degree with hands-on experience and no tuition debt.  

Chabot-Las Positas Community College District (Dublin, Calif.) – This growing public community college in San Francisco’s East Bay Area utilizes Apogee’s professional services, such as database administration and Banner migration (ERP). 

Charleston Southern University (North Charleston, S.C.) - This private Christian college partners with Apogee to provide video services on campus. 

East Central University (Ada, Okla.) – Apogee provides this private, student-centered university with an acting-CIO to offer strategy and guidance for the IT operations on campus.  

Eureka College (Eureka, Ill.) – The first college in Illinois expanded its partnership with Apogee, supporting its commitment to strategic institutional growth and delivering a superior campus experience for its students, faculty, and staff. This expanded partnership includes Apogee Managed Campus, our suite of Managed Networks, Security, Cloud, Professional, and IT services. 

Feather River College (Quincy, Calif.) – This public community college selected Apogee professional services for network and risk-based security assessments.  

Florida Southern College (Lakeland, Fla.) – Apogee provides ResNet to over 1,400 students living in school housing at this private university. 

Georgia Institute of Technology (Atlanta, Ga.) – The Athletic Association partnered with Apogee to provide the Yellow Jackets’ fans and alumni with IPTV services. 

Imperial Valley College (IVC) (Imperial, Calif.) – A big year for this public community college unveiling the new Desert Warrior mascot and its partnership with Apogee for managed IT services, including integrating Banner and Canvas for improved data flow with College Data Adapter (CDA). 

Indiana Institute of Technology (Fort Wayne, Ind.) – With their 8th residence hall opening this fall, Indiana Tech is leveling up campus life by utilizing Apogee’s ResNet services for 800 students. 

Indiana State University (Terre Haute, Ind.) – The Fighting Sycamores chose Apogee as their partner of choice for security services, including a virtual CISO system that scales with their needs while maintaining effective cybersecurity measures. 

Jacksonville State University (Jacksonville, Ala.) – Apogee delivers its ResNet services to the 2,600 students living on the “friendliest campus in the South” at Jax State. 

Langston University (Langston, Okla.) – The only HBCU in Oklahoma chose Apogee’s ResNet to connect the 1,800 students living on their rural campus. 

Mid-Plains Community College (Valetine, Neb.) - Apogee provides IPTV video services to all seven campuses. 

Oglethorpe University (Brookhaven, Ga.) - Atlanta’s premier public liberal arts school taps Apogee for its Managed IT services that ensure nightly backups to the cloud. 

Polk State College (Winter Haven, Fla.) – While the search continues for a full-time CIO, Apogee has an interim-CIO on-site to provide the needed executive advisory services for the Winter Haven campus of Polk County’s leading choice for higher education. 

Tennessee Wesleyan University (Athens, Tenn.) – This private Methodist university selected Apogee to provide executive advisory services with an acting-CIO as well as Network Services that includes data backup, bandwidth, support, and monitoring. 

Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) (Laredo, Texas) – Apogee is excited to provide live streaming video services and ResNet for the TAIMU students, elevating their connectivity campus-wide. 

Transylvania University (Lexington, Ky.) – Apogee provides an acting-CIO to the oldest university west of the Allegheny Mountains. Sharing the values of a personalized approach, Apogee will provide the needed executive advisory services as the university searches for the right candidate to fill the permanent role.  

University of Minnesota - Twin Cities (Minneapolis, Minn.) – The top-ranked university in Minnesota now has the best in video services through their renewed partnership with Apogee, providing students with an expanded IPTV line-up and Athletics. 
University of Montevallo (Montevallo, Ala.) – The only public liberal arts college in the state of Alabama has expanded its partnership with Apogee to provide ResNet to its 1,000 students on campus. 

University of North Dakota (Grand Forks, N.D.) – Apogee handles the full Network Services – including its airport, academic, administrative, athletic, and residential sectors – for the oldest and largest university in North Dakota, an institution internationally recognized for its aerospace program. 

University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown (Johnstown, Pa.) – Adding to the vibrant campus community is the addition of Apogee’s ResNet for the students of Pitt-Johnstown. 

West Virginia University (Morgantown, W.Va.) – Marking a major milestone in their modernization program, WVU chose to partner with Apogee for its industry-leading ResNet service to enhance connectivity for the 5,000 students living on campus. 

Wisconsin Lutheran College (Wauwatosa, Wis.) – Located just outside of Milwaukee, this private liberal arts college has selected Apogee to deliver its managed IT services. This partnership includes an overhaul of its IT system, including ResNet for the 800 students on-campus and an acting-CIO to direct operations and modernize their network infrastructure.
